The Asset Overview page was designed to enable operations users to find space in a group of assets at a glance, Also to move automatically assigned asset allocation to create space for larger groups (Asset re-stacking). Additionally you can click on bookings in the asset overview page which will redirect you to the selected booking in the Check-in page.

To access the Asset overview page, click the ‘Calendar Icon’ in the left hand nav bar. Once the page has loaded you will be presented with the asset overview page similar to the image above. On the page you will find:
| Site | The site selector allows you to filter the assets in view by the venue their associated venue. |

| Filter Assets | The filter assets field is a search bar that allows you to search the assets available at your venue. You can also use Boolean search controls (AND, OR, NOT) to accurately select all relevent assets in a single view. For more information on searches click here. |
| Date selector | The asset overview shows bookings for a single day. The date selector is used to change the date filter for the asset view. |
| Gear Icon | The gear Icon opens a drop down menu with options to save searches and to configure the page layout, for more information on page configuration click here. |
| Asset Calendar | Shows a grid of asset booking by time (x axis) and asset (y axis). |
To configure the asset overview page start by clicking the ‘Gear ‘ Icon in the top right hand corner of the asset overview.
