In version 200.1000 and later of BookNow software the standard ‘profile’ and ‘payment systems’ fields have been replaced by a customisable employee/user permissions object. Now you can create your own user permissions for you operational staff to suit the needs of your staff and your business.
When your environment is upgraded from a prior version of BookNow a batch class will run to turn your existing profile and payment system combinations into ‘BookNow Employee Permissions’ when creating employees these existing permission sets will be available to be used, though if you wish to customise these permissions you now can.
As indicated above using the red square, please click to access the operational/staff user page. These are the user records that control users permission's when operating through a Booknow Managed interface (POS, Register page, etc).
Once the screen has loaded you’ll be presented with the staff user page, where you can review existing users, edit existing user profiles and create new users.
