What is the kitchen screen?

Legacy POS solutions traditionally sent new orders to kitchens using networked receipt printers. The orders were printed and held in strips known as "Tab grabbers" until they were completed. After completion, the tickets were either spiked or thrown in the bin. While some kitchens still follow this method, modern POS solutions now utilize "kitchen screens". These touch screens are set up in kitchens and bar areas to receive orders that have been processed at the POS.

How do I access the Kitchen Screen?
