What is the customer check-in page?

The customer check-in page is a register of booked activities. It displays booking numbers customers names, time of the booking, the booked quantity and name of the products booked. There are a list of controls that allow you to add waivers (where necessary), review booking details, review and edit any booking notes or edit the booking.

There is a site and date filter at the top of the page that allows you to filter the bookings in Booknow by Venue and Date.

There is a search box that allows you to search the bookings in the list, using any of the following search terms:

First Name

Last Name

Booking Reference

Product Name

Booking Time

Number of participants

There is an availability chart that displays the availability of each of the asset classes that have been created at this location. by hour of the day.

Finally there is a day total bar allowing users to refresh the number of participating vistors on the date the page is filtered for.
