You can maintain a single list of SKUs and, with a simple click, apply a single product to all venues, venues in a single brand, venues in a single market, or a single venue. Command Centre offers true management efficiency for leisure and entertainment businesses.

• Important: Any specific brand and market together are referred to as a segment. For example, in the diagram below, 'My Escape Rooms - Mid Market' is a single market segment.

Before you start, carefully consider the number of brands you need to create. In BookNow software, a brand grouping is primarily used to control the logo, brand colours, and images displayed on your online booking page. Even if you only have two venues in your portfolio, but they have different branding and you want this distinction to be evident online, you will still need to create two brands.
