Overview

Booknow has a suite of pre-defined reports available through the salesforce interface. A dashboarding tool where you can build custom reports and dashboards to give an overview of of the most important metrics to your business.

Accessing BookNow Reports

Login to salesforce by navigating to https://login.salesforce.com

From the home page you can either click the 9 circles in the top left hand corner of the screen highlighted above. and using the search box that appears, search for, ‘Reports’.

Or

Select ‘Analyse Your Data’ to access reports. Select ‘Browse’ and then ‘Folders’.

Or

If your environment is configured with the reports tab on the tab line you can short cut to reports by clicking here (again, highlighted above)
