Executive Summary

This release delivers key enhancements across Sales Cloud, Command, EPOS 2.0, Fresh KDS, and broader platform stability.

Upgrade: Sales Cloud: Add Assets to Opportunities

For customers using Sales Cloud, it is now possible to open the Asset Overview directly from an opportunity and assets to the opportunity. This streamlines the journey for sales teams and ensures that assets are not double booked. A ‘Reserve Assets’ button can be added to the Opportunity page in Salesforce. When this is clicked, the opportunity ID is attached to the url and applied to any assets reserved by the user.

Upgrade: Command: Supervisor ratios

For customers who require a certain amount of adults to supervise children’s activity, this can now be set through the dynamic pricing table in Command. Toggle Supervisor ratios on, set the number of Supervisors : Supervised, set which dynamic pricing groups are Supervisors and which are to be Supervised. When a booking is being made the system will control the ratio of Supervisors to Supervised both on the online booking journey and on EPOS.

Upgrade: EPOS 2.0: Further Warning When Removing Products from the Cart on Existing Bookings

A customer found that users were ignoring the warning when removing bookable products from the cart on editing a booking and then closing the booking without replacing the items or refunding the customer. The warning is now more explicit and a further warning is now presented before they close the booking.

A new flow has been created to make the set up of KDS on registers at each site seamless. Users are taken through the journey step by step and after the process the results can be seen in a related list on Fresh KDS, Registers and Site objects.
